Please consider that this lifetime warranty is in addition to the legal warranties provided by applicable laws; in this respect, Core&#x2019;s sole liability shall be to replace or repair at its sole discretion the defective baseplates and heelcups.For all other binding parts, if you have any problems with defects in materials or workmanship, you may contact us and we will assist you in verifying whether the parts in question are covered by the dealer&apos;s warranty. Also, please consider that all other binding parts are covered against defects in materials or workmanship for 2 years (Europe only) from the date of purchase.Covered By Warranty:<ul><li>Damage or binding failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.</li></ul>Not Covered By Warranty:<ul><li>Lost parts.</li><li>Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear.</li><li>Holes in ankle straps caused by boot eye-lets.</li><li>Damage caused by low chairlifts or moving vehicles.</li><li>Damage or wear to boots caused by binding contact points.</li><li>Damage caused by solvents, adhesives or Loc-Tite.</li><li>Damage caused by anything other than defects in materials or workmanship.</li></ul>Warranty Terms and ConditionsWarranty applies to our products purchased from an Authorized Union Dealer and is only valid for the original purchaser. Please contact your local Authorized Union Dealer for details of coverage in your region.Baseplate: The term &#x201C;Baseplate&#x201D; only refers to the actual nylon base of the binding. This does not include the EVA padding, mounting disks and hard-ware or disk cover.Lifetime Warranty: The term &#x201C;lifetime&#x201D; refers to the lifetime of the binding, not the lifetime of the buyer. A binding&#x2019;s lifetime is based on how much use the binding gets. Example: If you have a binding from 2015 and you only ride 1 day each season, the binding will have a longer lifetime and it will be in noticeably good overall condition. If you have a binding from 2015 and ride 100+ days a season, the binding will have a shorter lifetime and will eventually need to be repaired or replaced. A binding&#x2019;s lifetime will be determined by us on a case by case basis.Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents and normal wear and tear are inevitable on all snowboarding gear. This type of damage is usually caused by gear transportation, lift lines run ins, using gear in extreme weather conditions, poor storage, and general snowboarding wear and tear. This type of damage is not covered by our warranty policy.

Please visit your local Union dealer for assistance or check out our Genuine Union Replacement Parts.Storage: Always store your snowboard and bindings in a cool dry place. We suggest wiping off excess snow, water and dirt after each use. Leaving gear outdoors or in your roof box or racks may cause excess wear and tear.Chairlift Damage: Be mindful of low chair lifts. We suggest that you always fold down your rear highback to avoid possible chairlift damage.Loc-Tite: The application of Loc-Tite is not recommended by Union Binding Company. The use of Loc-Tite or similar products could result in stress cracks and fractures on all thermo plastics.
